Who are the people behind Europe Science?
We are a team of makers, thinkers, explorers and creators. Europe Science combines the versatility and expertise of a young group of creatives with the knowledge and know-how of experienced scientists. We all have one thing in common: a passion for sharing science with the world.

Where are you located?
Europe Science is located in the Netherlands, with offices in Amsterdam and Groningen. We provide our services throughout Europe.

How soon will my website be up and running?
We will create a website for you within 6 weeks. This includes: project logo design, project branding, visual content, copywriting, custom URL + europescience.eu URL.

Will my website only be visible on the Europe Science platform?
No. Besides being part of the Europe Science platform, you will also get a personal project URL that links directly to your own website. So, in other words, you get the best of both worlds.

Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?
Yes. By logging into our easy-to-use CMS, you can make news updates and handle the project’s publications yourself.

What if I want to edit my website in other ways?
We provide three website edits for free. By doing so, we ensure that your website remains up to date for the full duration of your project.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. The website will be fully responsive, meaning it will both function and look good on all devices.

What happens to my website after the project is finished?
After a period of five years, the website will remain available on our platform, through the europescience.eu URL. For a competitive hosting fee, you will also be able to keep your custom project URL.

Do you install Google Analytics?
Yes, we will install Google Analytics for you, which automatically records information about your website’s visitors. We then provide you with quarterly analytics, so that you can report your successful outreach to the EU.

How much input is needed from our side?
We have designed the process in a way that reduces your workload to an absolute minimum. At the start of the process, we fill out a briefing document together during a kick-off meeting (over Skype). This briefing document functions as the basis for all copy and designs. After the meeting, a team of creators gets to work for you. At two points in the remaining weeks, we ask you to provide the designs and copy with feedback – so we can can make sure they meet your wishes perfectly.

How will the content for my website be written?
You know best when it comes to deciding what content your project’s website needs. That’s why we ask you to provide us with a first draft of all text content. Our copywriters will then make sure that everything is written in a way that appeals to a wide audience.

I am also looking to create a project film/animation and/or templates for presentations. Can Europe Science provide these as well?
On top of the products and services that form part of our outreach package (project logo, branding, website, etc.), we also offer different add-ons (i) that will help you reach out further, making sure your project gets the attention it deserves.

What if the services that Europe Science provides do not meet our specific wishes?
If our outreach package and add-ons don't cover exactly what you're looking for, then we can always design a tailor-made solution that does. We have a whole team of creatives that would love to design the perfect concept for your project.
